Orders & Shipping

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are unable to accept returns due to the on demand nature of our print process.  On the off chance that something happens with your order, including damage during shipping or you otherwise receive something different than what you expected, please reach out within 72 hours so we can rectify it!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship internationally.  When you enter your address at checkout, select the appropriate international shipping option to view rates.

Where are you located?  Where do items ship from?

Katy is located in Amherst, Massachusetts, which is where most events and workshops are located.  All of our physical products are printed at a high quality professional print facility and shipped directly to you from there to limit the environmental impact and offer you the lowest possible shipping rates with the quickest turnaround time.  So, if your tracking shows an item shipping from Washington, DC or Ontario, Canada, don't be alarmed!

My order is missing one of the items I ordered. 

Shirts, mugs, and paper products are all shipped from different facilities that specialize in that particular product type, and products ship directly from the printer to you to limit the environmental impact and cost of shipping.  For this reason, these items will ship separately, and individual tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will ship within approximately 5-8 business days (not including weekends and holidays).  Shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days within the United States, and 8-12 days internationally, depending on what option you select at checkout.

Additional Ordering Options

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes!  While we build our official catalog, please feel free to send inquiries via e-mail.  At this time we are not able to offer t-shirts or sweatshirts at wholesale, but have cards, stickers, and mugs available.

Will you make a design with ________?

Maybe!  The best place to suggest design ideas is our VIP Facebook Group where you can join in discussions and learn about upcoming events and sales.  Maybe this is obvious from the rest of our aesthetic, but we will not be creating any designs that are bigoted, racist, sexist, homophobic, or pro-Trump.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes!  Please check out our commissions page for more information.

Charitable Contributions

How do you support human rights and other charitable organizations?

We make a monthly standing donation to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), an organization that supports human rights in the United States through grassroots organizing and legal actions.

We also select 1-2 organizations each month to receive a donation, with a focus on those that provide support and resources to women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ communities.  In the past, we have provided donations to the Trevor Project, the LGBTQ Freedom Fund, the Black Trans Protester Emergency Fund, the Angry Tias and Abeulas Project, the Black Lives Matter Global Fund, and the Unbroken Horizons Scholarship Fund.

Item Care

How should I care for my shirt?

All shirts are laundry-safe, but we recommend washing in cold water and turning them inside out so that the design is facing in.  All printed shirts fade over time but this will preserve for the longest possible time before you start to get that vintage edge.

How should I care for my mugs?

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, so no special care needed here!  Just don't drop them.
